The approach towards building Clucks & Ribecca’s brand identity was character based, starting from the name which highlights the male chicken figure “Clucks” and the female figure “Ribecca” indicating the Ribs part. Through the name we were able to deliver a big part of the restaurant’s message highlighting what products it is focusing on selling. To deliver an integrated brand identity, we decided to use the art of doodles as the whole logo along with the text was drawn and written by hand. This design style was then used to develop all of the brand’s visual elements and social media key visuals.
