Store Rebranding Launch; Exterior Concept & Experience Design

For the launch of Nagwa’s new visual identity, I designed a permanent exterior concept for the flagship store, transforming the building into a three-dimensional gift box, symbolizing the brand vision: “Nagwa is the gifting destination.” The concept extended beyond the façade to a full walk-in experience. Inside, visitors entered a curated flow that introduced the new brand elements and emphasized the joy of gifting. To deepen engagement, I also designed the mystery giveaway activation. This gamified moment reinforced the emotional value of receiving a gift and created a memorable interaction with the brand. The overall experience expressed the rebranding message at every touchpoint, from exterior architecture to the final unwrapping moment.
